Go Europe gGmbH, headquartered in Grünwald, contributes and develops the project as a legal entity. Initially, the sole managing director is the initiator Carsten Witt. The tax office for corporations, Munich, has recognized the status of charitable status by letter of 02.05.2017. The share capital of 100,000 euros is fully paid up. The recognition of charitable status allows issuing of donation certificates.

Planning and realization of the construction project, as well as the operation of the meeting centre, are transferred to a separate legal entity to be found.
